- Everything created during the engagement — content, automations, dashboards, lead magnets — belongs to Sphere of Six, even when produced using tools Elisa already subscribes to under her current cap.
WHAT'S IN SCOPE
What's in scope
- Growth strategy document (the spine of the 60-day plan, delivered in week 2)
- HighLevel CRM build-out and automation wiring (initiative 5)
- Marketing analytics dashboard (own KPI infra — not generic reporting)
- Content engine architecture + deployment (initiative 4 enabler)
- Acquisition hypothesis testing (initiatives 1-3, week-by-week)
- Weekly syncs and monthly written summary for founders
- Decision-gate review at week 8
WHAT'S OUT OF SCOPE
What's out of scope
- Daily social media execution (posting, replying to DMs, community management)
- Hands-on video editing
- Heavy visual / Canva design work
- Customer support
- Sole responsibility for app downloads / revenue (pre-PMF, that's a team metric)
- Equity in place of cash compensation
This is a strategist and operator role. I build the engine; the team validates what ships. If the execution layer needs a dedicated person beyond what the engine produces, I'll help identify the right one — but I'm not that person.
